Bought and tried many high end rackets from 2024/2025 and didn't like any of them. Swung this one around was suprised that it felt like the rackets I'm used to from 10 years ago. It goes beyond the Ryuga Metallic and the 99 pro. The head heaviness is apparent especially on the 3U and the racket can pack a strong punch. It's head heavier than all my 302mm BP rackets, and love that it's rolled carbon fiber sheets. Shaft stiffness of medium is closer to what you would expect from Li Ning. So far it's been playing pretty close to my main rackets albeit slightly slower.
Racket is good value and solid quality, holds well during matches, suitable for aggressive playing style. Little bit heavier than I expected but manageable.
Bought 2 of the fire breathing, strung it to max tention and it is holding pretty nicely. Good racq overall.
Strung with Exbolt 63 @ 25lbs, the racket is perfect to get started with in singles or back court doubles. Lacks a bit of control and finesse up front but totally manageable. The quality is great, performed as described and reviewed by many others. Mine came with a very minor paint defect but that’s acceptable for the price.
Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from shuttle-place again and wouldn’t hesitate to buy other models from Ogkils.
