NEW Shipping & Customs Policy for U.S. Orders

Due to recent evolving environment surrounding importation of goods entering the U.S., tariffs and additional fees may be charged by the carrier.

1. Tariffs on Chinese-Made Products

1. • Products manufactured in China are subject to a tariff upon entry into the United States. 
   • This tariff is assessed by U.S. Customs and is not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

2. Customs Fees & Import Duties

1. • All orders shipping to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees imposed by U.S. Customs.
   • Customers are solely responsible for any additional costs upon the shipment’s arrival. These charges vary based on U.S. regulations and are not controlled by Shuttle Place Vancouver.
     

3. Refused Shipments

1. • If a customer refuses a shipment due to customs fees, duties, or other charges, the customer remains responsible for:
     • All shipping costs (both to and from the destination).
     • Any customs service fees associated with the return or disposal of the package.
       • Custom service fees such as stringing, stenciling, gripping, and printing

4. No Reimbursement for Customs Charges

• • Shuttle Place Vancouver does not reimburse or cover any customs duties, tariffs, or fees applied by U.S. Customs.
